Get to Know Jake... Hello, my name is Jake Angel. I have been working in the cooling and heating industry in the Phoenix Metro area for six years. I initially moved from Northern California to Arizona in order to pursue my technical education. I enrolled at Universal Technical Institute HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) degree program. I completed my Associates Degree one year later. Immediately following my education, I completed six years of experience within the air conditioning and heating fields. I quickly advanced in my position to lead technician. The owners of the business that I was working for at the time informed me that I had progressed to the highest position attainable by a non-family member. This was for the best, because I was then able to tell them about my dream: to open my own cooling and heating company. My good standing relationship with my former employer has allowed me to get off the ground with my own business. In addition, strong customer relationships, a supportive family base, and my own personal goal of being a business owner have paved the way to the opening of Angel Air Cooling & Heating, LLC. | Mission Statement Angel Air offers all services that a client could potentially need to keep any cooling and heating equipment running at the most optimum and efficient level. Angel Air offers spring and fall check-ups at a discounted rate. In addition, Angel Air does not work on commission. We will NEVER sell parts to our customers that they DO NOT need. Angel Air takes pride in ethical and direct business practices. As a customer, you will get an accurate and honest diagnosis of your cooling and heating system's operation. Technical History Throughout the last six years, I have managed the cooling and heating needs of many custom homes in Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, and Scottsdale. Most of these homes were equipped with five to thirteen pieces of equipment with complex zone systems, wine rooms, in-floor heating, humidifiers and specialized EAC air filters. Likewise, I performed all tasks for these homes; regular spring and fall check-ups, equipment repair, and new equipment installation. In addition, I have previously serviced the Phoenix metro area's Chuck E. Cheese's, Pizzeria Uno's, and Showcase Entertainment stores. For these commercial accounts, I performed all spring and fall maintenance check-ups, consistently replaced all commercial air filters, as well as any repairs and/or new equipment installation required. | Residential & Commercial Services Overview If you unexpectedly have an equipment failure, Angel Air's experts will provide a fast and friendly diagnosis. We are also committed to providing the best advice on replacing your old equipment for more efficient equipment, or just simply repairing existing equipment. Installations are also offered for all brands of equipment to fit any budget. We are here to work with our customers as well as their individual budgets. If possible, we will perform repairs to existing units in order to keep them effectively cooling/heating. "Our customer's comfort is our priority". Angel Air also offers specialized maintenance contracts for residential customers that give them the peace of mind of knowing that their equipment will be routinely checked out twice a year. Likewise, a "Comfort Contract" ensures that there will NEVER be overtime charges if a unit fails on a holiday or weekend. "Comfort Contract" customers are also guaranteed the fastest service available by being positioned at the "top" of the list when a service call is placed. "Comfort Contract" customers are our priority. We also offer many services for commercial buildings. These services include spring and fall check-ups, service for failing equipment, exhaust and make-up air equipment, filter contracts and new construction installation and/or retrofit installation. |
